Kureasia Pharma operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Haridwar, Uttarakhand which is one of the biggest pharma hubs in Asia. The manufacturing plant is in the vicinity of SIDCUL, built and spread over two blocks covering the dedicated operational area of 100,000 Sq.ft. staffed by well trained, dedicated employees. The utility area is completely isolated from the plant area in a separate block adjacent to it.

Our plant is staffed by well-trained, qualified, dedicated professional employees and equipped with hi-tech modern and high-capacity machinery & systems.

This facility can handle all types of dosage forms like Uncoated-Tablets, film-coated Tablets, capsules, ointments, liquid & syrups, and fully automatic bulk counting & bottle filling products.

HVAC System

Our highly efficient water-cooled chilled water system ensures controlled air quality parameters and international standard of cleanliness with incorporation of HEPA filters of 99.9% efficiency. All AHU systems are installed on dedicated service floor supplying processed air directly to the required spaces.

Each zone has separate AHUs (Air Handling Units), dehumidification unit and dust extraction systems.

  • Environment-friendly Highly efficient Water Cooled chillers.
  • To maximise the longevity of the system, Kureasia specified and installed a custom built full stainless steel AHU solution. Using stainless steel for the air handling units instead of aluminum reduces the long-term corrosive effect can have on an AHU unit.
  • Air environment conditioned in each area with respect to temperature, humidity, filtration, particle counts, etc.
  • Segregation of every critical processing activity in each zone, to avoid cross-contamination.
  • Adherence to stringent specifications of Schedule ‘M’
  • Respective zones, areas and even uniforms are marked specifically
  • Conformation of each processing stage with class of cleanliness; viz. 100, 1,000, 10,000, 100,000 with respect to room air changes, pressure, particle count, flow direction etc.

Material Storage

Plentiful space is provided for raw materials, packing materials, manufacturing area, QC lab, in-process QC, finished goods storage,

  • No wood or asbestos component.
  • Isolated and dedicated material storage facilities for different products. A dedicated cold room facility is available for RM storage.
  • Good storage & stock management conditions in raw material, packing material and finished goods stores.

Utilities

All utilities services (Chilled water plant room, Canteen, Toilet area) are installed in a block isolated form main plant adjacent to it.

Duo Pass Reverse Osmosis (RO) water system, multi-stage distillation plant, self-sanitizing, sanitary SS 31 loops water, with monitoring of pH, temperature, conductivity and TOC requirements.

RO purified water generation & distribution system of sufficient capacity is installed. The pharmaceutical industry utilizes purified water as one of the main ingredients for processing, formulating, and manufacturing pharmaceuticals and other active ingredients. Water can be used to reconstitute products, aid in synthesis, as a cleaning agent, and for the production of finished products.

STP & ETP: An effluent treatment plant helps it serve as an excellent platform for manufacturing medicines conforming to highest standards. Effluent Treatment technology is arranged for its waste outputs.
